Starting with the 2026 release, Mementomori’s best-selling Wedding Italy Satin Solid Silk Necktie Collection is being produced to an even higher standard of excellence.

Previously, these ties were crafted in Korea using fabrics woven in Como, Italy. From 2026 onwards, the entire production process—from the weaving of the silk to the final stitching—is conducted entirely in Italy.

This collection was developed in collaboration with MANTERO, one of Italy’s most prestigious textile manufacturers, ensuring a significant leap in both fabric refinement and craftsmanship. This transition means our ties are now produced under the same exacting standards as the world’s leading luxury brands.

Reflecting this shift, all products arriving from 2026 will feature the MEMENTOMORI MILANO label, certifying that both the material and the tailoring are authentically Italian.

Note on Material Characteristics: This product is crafted from 100% Italian-woven satin silk, offering an exceptionally soft touch and vibrant color depth. To preserve the natural luster and elegance of the satin silk, we have kept fabric processing to a minimum. As a result, minor surface irregularities or slight "pulls" in the weave may occur naturally.

This is a characteristic of high-quality, minimally treated satin silk and is not considered a defect. We kindly ask that you take this into account when making your purchase.
